Currently the student affairs at CUI, Isalamabad campus has the following help desk for student facilitation

Transport Section Help Desk:

The transport help desk does the following:

  • Generation of Transport Desk Ticket
  • Briefing about the offered routes to Graduate/Undergraduate students in twin cities and transport charges.
  • Provision of Transport Registration form to the students.

Examinations Section Help Desk:

The examination desk can facilitate students in the following ways:

  • Clearance status check & issuance of transcript and degree
  • Provides revised transcripts and degree information and issues challan 
  • Verification of transcripts and degree information( local & International ) issues challan
  • Issuance of migration & incomplete transcript (Application form and information)
  • Issuance of progressive and semester result card and information
  • Issuance of rechecking form and information
  • Merit certificate information
  • PEC Letter information
  • Result later ,UMCC decision and appeal information
  • Issuance of provisional degree letter and information
  • Issuance of Percentage letter and information
  • Convocation ceremony information

The desk also issues the following after getting the requisite approvals:

  • semester result cards
  • notifications of Unfair Means
  • progressive result cards
  • provisional certificates
  • incomplete transcripts
  • semester merit certificates
  • percentage letters
  • migration certificate

Academics Section Help Desk:

Academic desk at Student center ensures that students get the information they need to navigate their academic journey at CUI. This includes:

  • Collection of applications regarding issuance of bona fide certificates, character certificate, English proficiency letter, fee detail letters and other student’s related documents.
  • Collection of applications for cancellation of admission and collection of clearance forms.
  • Collection of scholarship forms for verifications and signatures.
  • Drop of course and withdrawal of course information being provided as per their deadlines.
  • Applications for change of student credentials on student portal to be printed on degree and transcript.
  • Applications for drop and withdraw of course and semester.

Accounts Section Help Desk:

The accounts help desk facilitates the students in the following way:

  • Queries for print for fee challan, transport fee challan, semester result fee challan, student ID card fee challan
  • Attestation of fee challan
  • Queries about extra semester fee, per credit hour fee
  • Queries on scholarship funds status and funds utilization report scholarship funds.
  • Queries on fee installments, fee concessions, removal of late fee fine, collection of scholarship cheque
